FAQ - Customer Purchase Products

1. Login to Intelligent Ecommerce.

2. Go to product ypu prefer to buy. 

     a.    Make sure you have set your default address. Click HERE to learn on step to update your address.

     b.    Click "ADD TO CART" button to add the product into your cart.

3. Click on "VIEW CART" to go to cart section. 

4. This page will show all the product that has been added to your cart. Click on "CHECKOUT" to confirm on your purchase. 

5. In check out page, there are (3) task which required to be confirmed for the product payment. 

  1. Shipping:-
    - Please ensure you have the correct address for the product to be shipped. Then click on "CONTINUE" for confirmation. 
                               
  2. Review:-
    - Please make a review again for the product payment process. Click on "CONTINUE" for confirmation. 

                              
  3. Payment:-
    - Please make sure you have confirm all the information before you made the payment. Click on "PayPal" button to proceed with payment transaction. 
                  

Once the transaction is done, you will received an email (payment details) and redirected to the order page. In this page, you can see all the order status that have been paid. Go to "VIEW DETAILS" for more information regarding on your order. 

In this page, you can view all the product information and the status of the product.
